All information uploaded, submitted, stored, or otherwise provided by clients is treated as protected confidential material, and must also be handled responsibly by users with authorized access.
You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with service operations, or use Moshly for unlawful activity.
Moshly may update features and terms over time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised terms.

At Moshly, we strive to provide high-quality services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund under certain conditions.
Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are available for subscriptions or one-time purchases within 30 days of the initial purchase date. You must not have used the service extensively or violated our terms during this period.
Refund Process: To request a refund, contact our support team at support@moshly.io with your order details and reason for the refund. We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.
Refund Timeframes: Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days after approval and credited back to your original payment method.
Exceptions: Refunds are not available for services that have been fully utilized, for subscriptions canceled after the 30-day period, or for purchases made with fraudulent intent. Custom or personalized services may have different policies.
